Prescription lenses can be a bit more tricky. Because they are a bit thicker and more rigid, the lenses have a lot les flex than your standard non-prescription lenses. We definitely suggest visiting your local optical to assist in removal of any Rx lenses.

Hi there! Currently we do not sell replacement screws for any Ray-Ban models but we definitely encourage you to visit your local optical, they can replace that screw and often at no cost!

Hi there Matthew! This is a great tip for anyone having trouble snapping the lenses in place. A small bit of heat from a hair dryer or running under lukewarm water can be a major help! Just make sure it's not too hot or for too long and you're got yourself a great installation tactic.

Hi there! It is possible to replace the lenses in this frame with prescription lenses! We currently do not offer prescription lenses but have a large variety of non-prescription options available on our site.

It can get a bit challenging when the lenses are glass? Not all RayBan frames house glasses lenses so it can be tricky to show alternative removals. But don't worry, I'm here to help! Dealing with glass lenses can indeed be a bit tricky, especially when they're glued in place by RayBan (which they will occasionally do). If you're having trouble, here's a little tip: try running your frames under warm water first. This can help loosen the lenses and make it easier to work with the frames. Then, gently push from the back to pop the lenses out. If that doesn't do the trick, I have another option for you! I'd recommend swinging by your local optical shop. They've got all the right tools and expertise to safely handle those stubborn lenses for you.

Hey there! Because prescription lenses are tuned uniquely to each eye, we have to be able to set two lenses into a frame. Given that those frames have a one-piece shield style lens, we're unable to produce lenses for them. Some companies offer clip-on accessories called Rx inserts, which have two lenses and clip on the inside of the shield style frames. If you can find one of those compatible with your frames, prescription lenses can be put into those.

@@revantopticsbut not every body has the ability to just buy and pop in new lenses lol what about my beloved aviators lol people do want to at least look into other methods of maybe remedying scratched lenses. Not all scratches are equal or as deep as the next.

As far as directly fixing scratches goes, we’ve tried many of the tips and tricks found on the internet. With the modern polycarbonate lenses found in today’s high-end sunglasses, we’ve seen that any attempt to fill a scratch or sand the surface will damage the coatings or distort the precise optical quality of your lens. Replacing lenses is a cost-effective way to extend the life of your favorite frames. If you find a different solution that works for you, please let us know. Hi there! After doing a little bit of research on the EVZERO frames, it appears that we may be able to add some guidance here. The first thing to check is to make sure that you have all the hinge components to hold the temple in place. You should see two plastic pieces from the frame front and the temple will hold the middle piece to that slides in place to create the full hinge. If you have all the components, hold the temple at 45 degrees and angle it into the bottom notch of the hinge on the frame front before snapping in the top part of the hinge. You'll snap that in by angling the temple upward to straigten it, you should be able to get it back in place. If this fails, or you may be missing a hinge component, we recommend going to an optical near you for some additional assistance.
